DISTINCTIONS SALON COMMUNITY CHARITY EVENT PROGRAM

We at Distinctions Salon are excited about forming partnerships with various Community Projects  because we care and want to provide support. We also want to show our appreciation to the community for the support we have received. Distinctions sets aside a small budget quarterly for us to reach out into the community through charitable works.  We typically provide support on a first come, first serve basis, but all decisions are decided by management.

Instructions For Submitting Your Community Charity Event Request:

  1. Thank You for registering with Distinctions Salon. Please Read the following instructions, and when your ready to apply, click the “Community Request Form” tab above.
  2. All requests must complete and submit the Community Service Request Form.
  3. Please Complete the “Consent for Release Form” prior to funding.

Qualifications:
  1. Your request must be submitted by a representative of your organization who is at least 18 years of age.
  2. The event must benefit our identified community because we do not accept requests for individual SOLICITATIONS.
  3. Your organizations must have tax ID.
  4. Only one submission per quarter is allowed.
  5. Events and Organizations should be located within 10 miles of our location at 2240 N. Scottsdale Road, Tempe, AZ 85281.
  6. All requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event.
